Do you work with clients internationally?
100% - we've worked with many international brands and the majority of our work is done remotely.
What content usage rights are included?
Photo & video usage rights are included in the contract for social media + website use and business-owned, printed materials such as a brochures, product cards etc.
However, we do ask that we be notified of any images featured in online / printed publications and that a digital copy of the publication is provided to us.
What are your content turnaround times?
For video and photo shoots, turnaround is usually 7-21 days from the shoot date, depending on our current workload and project complexity.
What are your payment terms?
Photo / Video Content:
A 50% deposit and signed contract is required to confirm your shoot.
The final payment will need to be settled prior to any content being released without watermarks.
Retainer options or Payment Plans are available upon request at the discretion of YCT.
All payments are due a maximum of 2 weeks after an invoice is released.
Refunds & Cancellation
Due to the nature of the work, no refunds will be issued; this is to fairly compensate us for committing our time and incurring expenses to provide the services as well as turning down other projects for that period.
However, for content shoots, a reshoot may be requested if valid motivation is provided.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the rate or project cost to compensate us for turning down other projects for that period.
